This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Clar Global AB (publ) (hereinafter “Clar”, “we”, “our” or “us” as applicable) processes, uses, stores, and discloses your personal data in connection with providing a finance and insurance search engine. By using the Website and our Service, you agree that we may collect, use, disclose, and protect your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Your explicit consent will be requested for specific data processing activities where required by applicable law.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of your rights under the GDPR.

Categories and sources of personal data

We may collect and process the following personal data: email address, which we receive directly from you when you sign up for our newsletter.

We do not process special categories of personal data, personal data of minors, or data relating to criminal records.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case, within one month. If necessary, due to complexity, we may extend the limit by two more months, in which case we will inform you within one month of receiving the request. Please check back periodically, although if we make material changes to this Privacy Policy that affect our processing of your personal data, we will notify you directly.
